My Approach

Sports therapy is more than treating the site of pain. I look at the bigger picture — movement patterns, posture, lifestyle, and previous injuries — to understand the real cause of discomfort.
Your treatment might include hands‑on therapy, targeted exercises, mobility work, and advice for your everyday activities. My aim is to give you tools and strategies so you can take an active role in your own recovery.

Mission

My mission is to help people recover from injury, reduce pain, and improve movement in a way that is safe, effective, and sustainable. I believe therapy should be tailored to each person’s body, lifestyle, and goals — not just a standard routine.

Continual Learning

I’m committed to continually developing my skills so I can offer my patients the best possible care. I’ve completed additional training in kinesiology taping, and I’m currently expanding my knowledge through a fascia release course. These extra skills allow me to bring new, effective techniques into my treatments and adapt my approach to each patient’s unique needs.

Inclusive and welcoming

I create a space that is inclusive and welcoming to everyone, regardless of background, age, gender identity, or ability. My aim is to provide a safe and supportive environment where every patient feels respected, understood, and comfortable.
I offer sessions in English and Polish.
